1:1 Breathwork Session

In these sessions, breath becomes a bridge between your mind and body. As the breath deepens and finds a rhythm, the constant activity of the thinking mind begins to soften, creating space for the body to come online allowing deeper sensations, emotions, and insights to rise to the surface.

Many of us move through life ‘holding on.’

Holding onto the emotions we didn’t feel safe to express or the lived experiences we haven’t fully processed. All that ‘stuff’ is being held in our body.

Breathwork creates a safe and supportive space to begin tending to what has been held there. And when the body is given permission to open, there is often something beautiful waiting on the other side.

How Does it Work?

Breathwork encompasses various techniques, all designed to support you in different ways. The primary technique I specialize in is a three-step breath.

By maintaining a rhythmic and repetitive three-step breath, we increase blood flow and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and inner connection.
