My Intention

I’ve learned that being human is both incredibly messy and unimaginably magnificent.

Sometimes in the same breath.

I am here to offer experiences and share practices that help you make sense of it all.

To help you build a relationship with yourself and your daily life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and vibrant.

When I was a kid, I was a force to be reckoned with - full of energy, constantly moving, feeling everything deeply, and brimming with imagination. Sadly fear found its way in. I learned to dim my light, ‘fit in’ with the crowd, and deny my feelings.

After college I found music. It was dancing in large crowds that created the space for me to feel BIG. But I still felt like I was floating a bit, not grounded in a way that prevented me from saying “this is who I really am.” When I was 26, I was introduced to breathwork which became the catalyst for profound clarity and change.

I committed to going deeper in this work- understanding how modalities that allow us to access the wisdom of our bodies, liberate our emotions, and express ourselves more freely leads to living from a place of more grounded self assurance, now I hope to help others do the same.

These are the beliefs that shape how I guide, teach, and hold space.

1. Belonging starts within

We all crave belonging. But real belonging isn’t something we seek outside of ourselves, it is something we must create within ourselves. When we feel safe, seen, and at home with ourselves, that sense of belonging naturally ripples outward into our relationships, our work, and the world around us.

2. Being a good feeler > feeling good

True freedom isn’t found in always feeling good, it’s found in becoming really good at feeling. We have been raise to label emotions as ‘bad’ or ‘too much’ preventing us from experiencing the full range of humanness. In my work I invite people to explore and feel all their emotions without judgement, allowing them to find freedom and self-acceptance.

3. You make sense

A phrase first introduced to me by Sarah Baldwin, an expert in nervous system work and Polyvagal Theory. This statement provides a lot of purpose to my work - every part of you makes sense. The insecurities, the doubts, the patterns that seem irrational, they all formed for a reason. Together we learn to understand and integrate these parts with compassion, so we stop fighting ourselves and start living from wholeness.

4. Aliveness above all else

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy to be powerful. I believe that choosing joy, curiosity, and vitality is the work. Together we engage in practices that help take a ‘pulse’ check on yourself and your life. This work supports you in devoting yourself to what lights you up, people, and passions that awaken your energy.

Somatic means of the body.

Our mind and body are a team, working together to keep us safe and healthy. But many of us have been led to believe that our brain is the "captain" because it handles rational thinking and analysis. This often makes us look "up" to our thoughts for answers instead of "down" into our body.

Somatic work takes a "bottom-up" approach. While our brain helps us understand things logically, our body holds a detailed database of all our felt experiences. These experiences often outweigh logic.

Neuroscience now confirms what many healing traditions have known all along: the body keeps the score. Unresolved emotions and experiences don’t just disappear; they live in our tissues, breath, and nervous system. Over time, they create patterns that can make us feel stuck or reactive.

Through somatic work, we learn how to listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, and integrate what’s been held inside. This allows us to feel more grounded, connected, and present — so that life begins to make sense from the inside out.

Breathwork is a form of active meditation where you consciously control your breath, allowing your body's natural feedback mechanisms to surface.

By quieting the dominant "thinking brain," you create space for your emotional and energetic self to communicate.

Your body holds onto various forms of feedback, including unexpressed emotions and stagnant energy.

Through breathwork, you can become a facilitator for receiving and releasing this stored tension, allowing your true essence to shine through.

How Does it Work?

Breathwork encompasses various techniques, all designed to support you in different ways. The primary technique I specialize in is a three-step breath.

By maintaining a rhythmic and repetitive three-step breath, you increases blood flow, regulate the nervous system, and deepens your connection to your body and all that it is holding.
